At Yogadhira LLP, our primary goal is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our services. While we strive to provide exceptional experiences, we recognize that certain situations may arise where a refund is warranted.

Online Yoga Classes and Events

For online yoga classes and events, we are pleased to offer a full refund if the cancellation is initiated at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the class or event. Unfortunately, if the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the commencement, we are unable to provide a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you find that you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your Bank Account: Verify your bank account to confirm if the refund has been processed.
  2. Contact Credit Card Company: Reach out to your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay on their end.
  3. Contact Your Bank: Banks typically have their own processing time; therefore, contact your bank to inquire about the status of the refund.

Exchanges

Please note that Yogadhira LLP does not currently offer exchanges for our services. If you wish to make changes to your enrollment or reservation, we recommend canceling your existing booking, as per the guidelines mentioned in our refund policy, and then rebooking at your convenience.

Gift Cards

Refunds are not applicable for gift card purchases. Gift cards are non-refundable, and their value cannot be exchanged for cash or other services. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the use of gift cards, please contact us for assistance.

Cancellation Process

To request a refund for an online yoga class or event, please send an email to info@yogadhira.com with your name, booking/reference number, and the reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and process the refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Course or Event Changes

Yogadhira LLP reserves the right to make changes to scheduled classes or events, including but not limited to changes in instructors, dates, or venues. In the event of such changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants in advance. If the changes result in dissatisfaction and you wish to cancel, our standard refund policy will apply.

Refunds for Special Circumstances
